Returns & Exchanges

At Swoon Boutique New Orleans, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Please note that sale items and accessories are final sale.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our boutique in person or contact our support team via email with your order number to start the return authorization process.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the original receipt. If shipping, we recommend using a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost packages.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once your return is inspected and approved, we will issue a digital gift card or exchange that can be used for your next favorite find.
